Yesterday was my birthday. I got to play guitar for my friends and family at a local blues lounge. I was bought so many shots of Jaeger on top of the Abita Ambers I was slamming, it's a miracle I didn't puke. Tonight, my dad won me a really nice acoustic guitar in a raffle. It was a great birthday.
Blind Melon with their new singer Travis came to town recently and put on a free show. It was awesome! They did a meet & greet after, which was really cool b/c I have been a big fan for a long time.
